Prior to arriving at the Show

  • Pre-register by using the online portal, returning the PDF registration form or calling the FSPA office (941-952-9293).  This will reduce your time in the registration area.  Your bar code confirmation will be scanned (from a print out or from your phone) and a badge printed with limited contact.
  • Review the Waiver and Release of Liability.  You will be required to sign this when you arrive at registration and pick up your badge.
  • Please pack a face mask; this is required at all times.
  • Complete a health self-assessment.  Are you experiencing any symptoms?  If you feel sick, please stay home.  Refer to the CDC website for information about COVID related symptoms.

While at the Show

  • Face coverings are required inside the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).  Individuals over the age of 2 attending the Everything Under the Sun Expo will be required to wear a mask.  If you arrive without a mask, the FPSA has fabric masks with adjustable straps available at no charge.
  • Wash your hands often, cover your cough or sneeze.  Portable hand washing stations will be available in the high traffic areas of the OCCC.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the public spaces of the OCCC. Show management will have hand sanitizer available throughout the exhibit hall and in the classroom areas.
  • Please refrain from handshakes and hugs.
  • Medical personnel will be on hand for the duration of the trade show to help anyone feeling unwell.
  • Seating areas will be properly distanced and limited seats will be at each table in the food court area.

Registration Area

  • Plan to arrive at the registration area in Hall C of the West Building at least 30 minutes prior to your class start time to allow for badge pick up and time to get to your classroom.
  • Have your registration bar code confirmation printed or easily accessible on your phone.
  • Plexiglas barriers will be in place at registration, classroom entrances and food service stations.  Stanchions and floor markings will remind you to keep a safe distance.
  • Disinfector Wand – The Everything Under the Sun Expo is proud to have CMP as the Safety Sponsor for the Show. They are providing Del Disinfector wands to be used to disinfect the registration area along with the AV and speaker equipment in the education sessions.

Exhibit Hall

  • We have arranged for one way entrances and exits.
  • Trash cans inside the exhibit hall will be monitored and emptied with greater frequency.
  • HVAC system runs 24 hours a day; maintains less than 60% humidity; fresh air exhaust will be running during move-in and move-out.
  • There will be no aisle carpet this year to allow for enhanced cleaning and sanitation.
  • Exhibitors will have the option to order enhanced cleaning and disinfection services for their booths through Arata Expositions.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to limit booth personnel to 2 people per 100 sf at any given time.  The back wall and side rail curtains will both be 8’ tall. Every booth in the hall is a corner for 2021.

  • If taking classes for Florida continuing education credit, bring your photo ID (driver’s license) to present to the classroom monitor.  Monitors will be positioned behind a Plexiglas barrier.
  • Classroom capacity will be limited to 50% and seats will be set 6’ apart.  No tables will be used in the classrooms.
  • Classes are offered as 4 hour block sessions for 2021.  Once you enter the classroom the seat you select will be your seat for the duration of the session.

  • Rapid COVID testing is available at the OCCC if you wish to get a test before heading home.
  • The State Regional Testing Site located at the OCCC’s remote parking garage is operating seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Testing is free. Online appointments are strongly recommended, but walk-ups are welcome. For more information, visit Orange County Government’s website.
